Nice to meet you! I am Maia Mitšulis, the first and so far the only certified PCM® communication trainer in Estonia. At some point, it felt like a natural next step for me to become communication trainer because I’ve always been drawn to harmony — both in spaces and in mind.
My background is in graphic and interior design, where beauty and function come together to create clarity and ease. So PCM is a great tool to design beautiful and comforting relationships.
As a trainer, I am caring, calm and attentive. I love to create welcoming and light atmosphere where everyone is seen and appreciated, and gets maximum profit of participation in the session.
Is this therapy?
No, this is process of acqiring of set of practical skills in the field of communication psycology. At the same time, getting know one’s psycological needs, personal structre and other unique patterns often has quite therapeutical effect.
How long is a session / training?
Your personal debrief session lasts about 2,5 hours, followed by a supportive one-hour meet-up after a month.
PCM Core Training programme lasts 16 hours and can be spread over two or four days. The most effective option is to meet four times, once a week for 4 hours each time.
Online or in-person?
The PCM profile debrief session can be held online or in person in the Tallinn area. PCM training sessions are available in person anywhere in Estonia. I am also open to international collaboration.
What do teams typically gain from it?
A comforting atmosphere, mutual understanding, a significant reduction in the number of conflicts, greater satisfaction with the process and results, a more uniform contribution from participants, fewer transitions between teams and a reduced desire to leave the team. Some teams also report a significant acceleration of work processes where PCM can be implemented not only in communication between people, but also in the working flows. For example, this can be seen in the advertising and marketing fields.
